Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, it might mean revealing a side of yourself you’d rather keep hidden. I’ve been in the mental health field for thirty-five years and during that time, I’ve grown through the experience I’ve gained with my patients. Watching people heal and grow has taught me which treatments work. It gives me great pleasure to see my patients leave feeling better about themselves.
